Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Divine Nourishment, all services are offered with intention, preparation, and presence. To maintain respect for your time, energy, and the sacred space we share, the following refund and cancellation policies apply:

Personal Training, Group Sessions, and Massage/Stretch Therapy

• Cancellations made 5 or more days in advance
  → Eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.

• Cancellations made between 48 hours and 4 days in advance
  → Non-refundable, but the full amount will be credited toward a future session to be rescheduled at your convenience.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your session
  → Non-refundable and non-transferable. The session will be considered forfeited.

 

Please honor the time and preparation that goes into each service by notifying us as early as possible if you are unable to attend.

Subscriptions and Membership Plans

All subscription and monthly membership payments are non-refundable, regardless of usage or cancellation date. By enrolling in a recurring plan, you agree to commit for the duration of the billing cycle. You may cancel future renewals at any time before your next billing date.
